God is a cheerful giver, 2 Corinthians 9:7. He was not grudging nor under pressure when He gave us Jesus, but gave Him with a cheerful heart. Imagine giving your Son to the cross cheerfully! Above all else, God wants our giving to be cheerful. -Bob Sorge
