Repentance is not a one-time act but our ongoing battle-plan in our war against sin. Our plan of attack must be focused, radical, continual. Repentance is the follow-through after godly sorrow and His forgiveness, asking: "God, how are we going to get out of this mess I've caused?" Repentance works best when we have clarity on the pervasiveness of sin's sinfulness, enabling a detailed attack-plan by grace unto victory. I long to grow by grace into a fully mature expression of meekness with a corresponding removal of any sense of entitlement in my heart. -David Sliker
